Protecting your Fitness investment
Now that you have made the commitment to training with Pro-Fit Asia the question becomes "how do I stay on track on my off days and for the long term?"
Pro-Fit Asia trainers will provide you with all the necessary tools to become more educated on what to do, how to do it and when to do it.
We do encourage working with our talented personal trainers, but we also know that training with us for the rest of your life is not necessary nor is it mandatory.
So how you you protect your fitness investment so that you can get fit and stay fit for the rest of your life?

Balancing Your Fitness Budget
Contrary to common beliefs, personal fitness training and terrific health does not have to cost a fortune or be only for the wealthy.
Pro-Fit Asia believes that no person should ever be denied great health due to financial constraints.
We have devised several fitness programs for those on a budget.
Our fitness classes are a great way to get in shape and stay fit on a budget.  Our classes are approximately 300 tb and are very affordable for everyone.
At Pro-Fit Asia, we encourage folks to get outside and enjoy the great outdoors as a way to stay fit.  It's free and it can take place at any of your favorite locations such as a park, beach or with a group of friends at any chosen location.
Pro-Fit Asia strongly encourages personal fitness training a couple days a week, however we also educate people to enjoy the other days while cross-training at various outdoor locations.
Set a fitness budget just as you would set your financial budget for monthly bills etc;
There are so many ways to enjoy personal fitness training and training outdoors or with friends which will leave you with plenty of extra baht in your pocket at the end of the month.
At the end of the month you will find that you have enjoyed a very nice mix of personal training with Pro-Fit Asia and also cross-training outdoors at a much lower cost than you ever imagined!

Sunday is NOT a Fitness day of rest!
For most Christians Sunday is a day of rest, however it is not and cannot be a day of fitness rest.
Most of us carry a work load which involves a 5-7 or 6-7 and sometimes even a seven day work week.
Finding time for a workout is something you must have.  The excuse that you do not have time to workout is simply garbage.  You must make time.  You must schedule it as a priority.
Sunday is a great day to train because it's typically, or for most, the day off from work.  Many of us are working so many hours Monday through Saturday that are schedules sometimes do not allow us to fit in our workouts so Sunday becomes an optimal day to train.
Training on Sunday also gives people the opportunity to take a week day off from training in the event that one of those week day work days gets too busy and the workout does not happen.  I view a Sunday workout as a bit of an insurance policy for that reason.
Sunday is also typically a day when our minds are clearer and thus enables people to focus more intensely on training.
So get out there to your favorite workout location, whether it be the gym our your favorite outdoor location and get that Sunday workout session in.  You will feel so much better knowing that you spent the day or at least an hour of that day doing something so healthy!

Mental Endurance - How to win in the game of fitness with the power of positive thinking
Ever had those days when it seemed like this fitness thing was something that only professional athletes were able to conquer?
Let me tell you something that I know for sure from training many professional athletes.  They all started exactly where you are.  Some were out of shape.  Some were simply fat.  Some were not not athletic at all.
We all have the same opportunity to be the very best we can be, however some of us have obstacles to overcome which seem insurmountable.
The one aspect that they all say is their greatest motivator is their ability to think positively and never lose sight of their goals.  Your mind is your greatest tool.  Train yourself to be a positive thinker.  Winners win because they believe they can.
How do we train our minds to give us that added advantage not only in sport and fitness, but also in life?
It might be your religious faiths.  It might be something or someone who motivates you through their owns trials and tribulations or successes.  Heck, it might be simply listening to your favorite music through your IPod while training.
Find what it is that puts your in that special place where accomplishing the unimaginable becomes attainable.  Immerse yourself in it. Soak yourself in it.  Let it consume you.  "Be" that which makes you feel so great that nothing and nobody can divert you from your reaching your goals.
Start today.
Again tomorrow.
Be that personal all this week, this month.
Every day.
At the end of the month, at the end of the year you will have lived so positively that nothing will have kept your from attaining your goals.
Create your dreams and goals.
Focus on a realistic game plan to reach those goals.
Put yourself in that special place which keeps your mind nourished and strong.
