Dear Dennis,
I am a 54 year old male who has never worked out in my life.  I am extremely out of shape.  How long will it take for me to see some results if I train with you?

Your rate of results can and will vary depending on several factors.  There are many variables with one's lifestyle which will effect the rate fitness success in terms of achieving your desired results.
Please understand that merely working out will make a difference in your physical appearance or internal health, however it is your behavioral modifications which will speed up the process of getting fit and reaching your goals.
Fitness as well as nutrition, lifestyle management and your commitment to an overall healthy life are all necessary to be in top shape not just for a few months, but for the rest of your life.
We at Pro-Fit Asia are trained and experienced fitness professionals, but we do not just train you to be fit in the gym.  We educate our clients on the necessary food intake ie; what to eat and also when to eat.  Also, lifestyle management ie; eradicating those negative behaviors which adversely effect your health and fitness and setting a course for a life of fitness and great health.  Last and of course not least is the actual training regiment.  Your intensity levels need to be at a rate which will work in your favor.  Losing weight is a simple equation...calories in vs. calories out.  I always say that there are 7 days in a week and you can certainly tip the fitness scale in your favor if you can partake in physical activity four days or more.  At then  end of the week, month and year you will have worked out more than not, thus giving you the added advantage.
You will greatly speed up your rate of fitness success when you align all of these aspects of not only fitness, but of life.

No!
I / we do not ever guarantee that you will get results!
Why?  Simply because we do not make promises than you might not be able to keep.
Any wise person of this world knows that nothing is guaranteed in this life.
Your Pro-Fit Asia personal trainer can do everything in his power, provide you with all of the necessary knowledge and fitness information, give you a complete nutritional program to follow, put you on the very best and most effective fitness program relevant to your goals.  Will it work?  Will you see results?  Maybe, maybe not.  It's all up to you.  You see, we cannot be with you 24 hours per day.  We cannot monitor your dietary intake, your off day workouts, your behavioral modifications so that you are following a strict plan provided to you.
Let's say that you fall off the wagon and and don't do the cardio on the off days.  You snack a little here and there and maybe take in a few extra calories instead of a few less calories per day.  You skip a couple scheduled training session workouts.  This negative behavior on your part greatly affects your results.
Simply stated...YOU MUST BE ACCOUNTABLE for your fitness results.
